Bathroom Love

This is a post I hope will be the first in a long series.

For quite some time, I’ve been fascinated with the idea of being a tourist in my own city. I don’t necessarily mean taking tours or whatever. It’s more the idea of paying attention to your surroundings. I love the unabashed quality of a tourist of is too bush to watch where they’re going because they’ve got their eyes to the sky taking in all sort of architecture, art or garbage that they’ve noticed.

I love that it only take the mere notice of something to capture their attention.

This series of posts is designed with the intention of seeing my city by noticing all the things – graffiti, sidewalk writing, weird buildings, strange messes, and garbage – the way a tourist would.

Here’s something I saw in a bar washroom.
